The spring breeze

gets it to dance -

old swamp willow

Day off -

I turn my reading chair

with the sun

Girls house -

the light on the landing

is broken

What remains

now the fog has lifted-

almond blossoms

Guest and host -

arranging flowers

in the morning sun

Trying to speak
in this foreign tongue -
a blackbird sings
